We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer and Cash On Collection.

For customers wanting to pay cash on collection, please bring the exact amount of cash with you as we may be unable to provide you with the correct change.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) to us in order to be eligible for an exchange.

 Please send your order number which is shown on your confirmation email. Return the parcel to us via a signed method strictly within 30 days of ordering

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or give refunds. Please keep this in mind when selecting the options for your items. Unless there is a mistake made on our part, which will be handled at our discretion.

During our busy or peak seasons, we will try our best to guarantee your parcels to arrive on time, but due to high volume and/or unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be slight delays in delivery of your orders.

Unfortunately, once the courier accepts a parcel, we are no longer liable for the shipment.
